Somehow I deleted my Sonic RecordNow! Plus software. Is there a way I can download it again? All I have left is the icon.

This application is not available for downloading anymore. It has been discontinued and besides that there are powerful applications released from the time when Sonic RecordNow! Plus was pulled off the market. You can try Ashampoo Burning Studio as an alternative or IMGBurn if you want the application to be free to use.
